Robin leads the team in the application and development of Iotics’ patented technology, helping customers to unlock their data ecosystem; gaining actionable insights to transform their digital world, delivering greater value and growing revenues.
Michael Harverson, VP of Sales
Michael has over 15 years of experience in the B2B technology space. His primary background is in Sales and Business Development, particularly focused on enterprise software sales and I.P. licensing. Michael was at VMware for a number of years, responsible for establishing the Embedded OEM & IoT business in EMEA. He was responsible for selling into many complex ecosystem environments such as Telecom, Industry, Healthcare, Transportation, and Energy.
John Hicklin, Channel
John leads the Iotics Channel Development team with over 30 year’s involvement in the IT, Telco & Digital Transformation sectors for PA Consulting, CGI, Orange and Vodafone.
John’s recent focus has been on Digital Transformation and the application of Twin-based interoperability, enabling businesses to find value with legacy and new technologies.
Hans Weinberg, CIO
Formerly as Group Vice President and CIO ABB North America Hans led technology transformation. At Iotics he oversees all aspects of IT and Business operations engaging and collaborating with customers and suppliers.
Focusing on scalability and operational strength Hans brings 20 years of experience building and implementing enterprise-wide IT capabilities.
Dave Arkell, CFO
With a background in scaling high performing finance teams in hyper-growth software companies, Dave runs the finance and operations teams at Iotics. Formerly Vice President of Finance at both Talend and Elastic, Dave brings considerable experience of operating global enterprise software businesses.
Mark Wharton, CTO & Co-founder
Mark is CTO and co-founder of Iotics. Mark’s career stretches from large databases to mobile comms. Mark’s focus is autonomous interoperability, where machine-readable semantics drive diverse solutions with minimal intervention.
Building on micro-services and event-driven systems, Mark looks to a world where physical and virtual interact seamlessly.
John Lusty, VP Engineering
John has 20 years experience building, leading and managing high performing engineering teams; spanning industries from AAA video games, self driving cars, virtual reality, ad tech and social media.
At Facebook John founded the Oculus London engineering office which is now the largest engineering office outside of the US focussing on VR product development. At Square Enix he was responsible for engineering across the US, Canada and Europe.
Shadi Mahassel, VP Product
Shadi was Co-Founder & CEO of SURFnCODE, a product studio that partners with hand-picked founders whose missions we believe in to create new products and scale teams into standalone businesses. Previously, Shadi was VP Product at Veniam building solutions for connecting vehicles to the cloud, critical for the future of mobility and smart cities. Prior to that Shadi was responsible for building and managing Skype WiFi and leading its growth as it became Skype’s second most downloaded app and subsequently as Principal Group Program Manager at Microsoft leading the development of Microsoft Connectivity applications for consumer and enterprise.
Shadi has been a founder, advisor and investor in innovative technology companies in mobile communication, media and e-commerce. He is active in the startup community in Silicon Valley, London and Porto as an investor and advisor.
Paul Green, CSO & Co-founder
Paul is a founding director of Iotics. Visionary and creative, he previously co-founded Arkessa, the fast-growing VMNO. Paul is passionate about enabling technology to benefit business and society as a whole.
He is known for his thought leadership and concepts that disrupt current practice. Paul is the evangelistic, creative brain behind the concept of the Iotics digital twins.
Kathy Reppucci, VP Marketing
Kathy leads a client-centric, data-driven and outcome focused marketing strategy.
Formerly at IBM where she headed a marketing team of campaign, digital, event, marketing automation and analytics managers to ensure integrated marketing execution delivers to business goals while providing high value to customers.
Martine Ridderbos, VP Talent
With over 20 years of experience in HR, and in particular Organizational Development and Design, Martine leads the talent function at Iotics. Her focus is to hire and develop the best talent, build a world-class culture that drives engagement, excellence, innovation and diversity, and to help create the conditions which will enable all of our employees to thrive.
Ali Nicholl, Head of Engagement and Communication
Ali leads engagement across the Iotics ecosystem. A founding team member he is passionate about enabling enterprises with semantically-defined digital twins built with Iotics.
